The series extruders with appropriate screws,dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic especially RPVC powder into pipe,plate sheet,film or profile, and also provide functions of modifying and pelleting.
The SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder,twin-screw extruder,plastic extruder driven by D.C motor with a thyristor to stepless regulate is equiped with the over-load protection and stopping alarming system. The screw's core and the outside barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil,whose functions include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
