Application:
SJS series parallel double screw extruder (plastic extruder) is specially suitable for processing soft and hard PVC raw materials. Besides, powder can be extruded and shaped. The machine has different types of screw stems to produce pressing pipe, hot-water pipe, corrugated pipe, hard PVC sheet, HDPE pipe, LDPE pipe, PP pipe, soft PVC floor, cable material, ABS, PVC plate and others.
Characteristics:
1.Inverted rotation double-screw stem makes the material flow in shape. This can meet the technique demands of tranport, compression, mixture and refining, exhausting, plasticzing of the material.
2.The special oil heating system in the core of the screw stem can ensure the relative stability of the product's quality.
3.Different models of screw stems of the machine are designed to match the relevant auxiliary machine to produce all kinds of pipe material, shaped material, grains and others.
