XPS expanded plastic plate production line (sheet production line,plastic machine) is mainly used in producing XPS expanded plate which is mainly used in heat insulating, dampproof treatment of building, sound insulation of indoor decoration. It has characteristics of high resistant to compression, light, no absorbing moisture, no aerating, corrosion resisting, no degradable and others. It is one of the construction materials with the lowest price but the best quality.
The whole production line is mainly composed of two sets of single-screw-stem extruder, hydraulic exchanging screen device, plate mould, cooling dragging roller, cutter, pile frame and other parts.
